Rating: Lamer than the first movie, unnecessary sequel.
Okay, so watching this movie made the first Ace Ventura movie look genius. At least the first movie had a coherent plot line that goes from A to B without much straying. In the sequel, it's just Jim Carey being stupid. That's it. Yeah, they have to find the stupid bat, but that doesn't even flesh out very much. The first movie had Ace being a detective, and actually looking really smart in the end. This one he just looked like a dumb ass.
